How to use attraction marketing THE RIGHT way

You send 10 -15 awkward messages a day to potential prospects. Some are strangers and some are people you haven’t spoken to in YEARS.

The messages might look something like this…

“Hey girl….HEY! I see you just had a baby. Are you looking to lose some weight?”

Does this sound familiar?

And let me guess you’re either getting straight up ignored or you’re being told “no thanks”…

Kinda frustrating, right?

Maybe you’ve started thinking to yourself…

  • “ I just want to stop CHASING people!”
  • “How do I get people to ASK ME about my business?”
  • What if I could start my day with with an inbox full of messages from interested prospects?

The truth is that I’ve been there too.

This is an actual message I sent!

I know I know…It’s embarrassing to look back on but the good news is that I learned a better way and I no longer have to send messages like THAT anymore.

But here’s the truth…

It wasn’t MY fault. I was being taught strategies that simply DO NOT work anymore. (Even if they worked for your up-line 5 years ago) They no longer work TODAY.

In fact, if you’re following the advice of an old, out-of-touch upline, you might very well be repelling people rather than attracting them.

Social Media Changes and Evolves quickly.

Luckily, I’ve got your back! I’m always on the lookout for what’s working NOW when it comes to social media strategy and networking marketing.

And I don’t just teach strategies I always implement them myself FIRST.

And the strategy I’m using myself and teaching my team RIGHT NOW is called the “Reverse Invite Method.”

Every day, somewhere between 15 and 20 people reach out to me to ask exactly what it is that I’m doing.

They are, quite literally, inviting themselves to take a look at my business.

This method starts with creating curiosity.

It relies on making yourself so unique people want to reach out to YOU and invite themselves to take a look at whatever it is you’re doing.

So you don’t have to worry about finding and inviting people, because you’ll have a constant, never-ending stream of people reaching out to you.

Now, you’re probably thinking if this is for real… where and how can I sign up? LOL.

here are the basics…

Facebook is my primary platform

I use some paid Facebook advertising, and I also use a lot of organic, non-paid stuff as well.

You can use this method on your personal profile, your business or fan page, and in groups.

The Reverse Invite principles are always the same!

It all starts with a post to create curiosity.

There are two types of curiosity posts that work best:

  1. Basic, text-based with picture
  2. Facebook Live

If you’re tight on funds, you can start using organic, free exposure in the News Feed.

But when you pay to boost one of these posts, you’re paying to get in front of a global audience, and that’s when you can start to scale and create leverage.

So how do you create a post that generates enough curiosity for people to reach out to you?

I do a ton of Facebook Lives—it’s my “go to” strategy because people connect with you quickly through video.

But you don’t have to do Facebook Lives or any kind of video marketing if you don’t want to.

Whether you’re using a basic post or a Facebook Live, just ask yourself:

“What do people need to know about what I’m promoting to get them to enroll, or to move forward?”

The answer to that question will be different for everybody.

It might be one, two, even three things that people need to know.

  • What’s holding them back or keeping them stuck?
  • What critical information are they missing to solve their issue?
  • What revelation or realization do they need to move forward?

Find those things.

Dig deep into whatever PAIN or PROBLEM they’re going through right now.

Then…

Instruct them to take action to learn more

Maybe you ask them to comment “more info” on your post.

Maybe you ask them to follow a link so they can get more detailed information.

Or maybe you instruct them to message you via Messenger for more information.

That’s how you “reverse” the invite.

You lead people to the point at which they think…

“Yeah, this novel solution sounds like it will eliminate my pain and solve my problem!”

And they will invite themselves.

Now, here’s a question we get often:

Should you share your product on your Facebook Lives?

And the answer is: absolutely, positively, NO!

That’s the biggest mistake any new network marketer can make.

New marketers think it’s the product that gets people excited.

The truth is, people don’t care about your products!

They don’t have enough information to care about your products.

You have to make them aware they need your products first.

The secret is simple…

It’s NOT your product or service that makes you unique!

It all comes down to finding out what makes YOU, or whatever you’re selling, unique.

How does your product or service help someone reduce or eliminate whatever pain they’re experiencing right now?

As an example, let’s talk about weight loss.

People are NOT interested in learning how to lose weight.

They already KNOW how to lose weight.

What IS interesting to them is how your product is DIFFERENT from anything else they’ve seen.

What IS interesting is your unique position about your products.

Once you persuade someone to walk through your process until they say, “Yes, I need to talk to you about something,” then you can have the conversation about why they need what you have.

Make sense?

Getting people to the first “Yes” is the most important part

You’ll talk about the problems they’re having, you’ll show you understand and can relate to those problems, and then you’ll tell them there’s a solution—WITHOUT giving it away.

You’ll ask them to DO SOMETHING to get the information they want.

In other words, you’ll set it up so that they have to take action and reach out to you to get the info they want.

You create curiosity so they want to learn more.

And the best way to create curiosity is by telling a story.

You’ve probably heard that “facts tell, stories sell.”

People in network marketing hear that all the time, yet few people understand how this really works.

Compelling stories make people WANT to get onboard with whatever you’re doing.

Some network marketers can’t stop themselves from talking on and on and on about how amazing their lives are and how much their lives have changed since they joined their company—and it ANNOYS the heck out of their friends, family, and anybody else who’s subject to it.

So how do you keep from annoying people?

How can you attract people instead of repelling them?

Well, it’s simple. You use attraction marketing the RIGHT way. Without annoying the heck outta your friends and family so that they come to you when they are ready.

DETOX from your upline’s out-of-touch advice

Now, I don’t want to sound mean, because as I’ve pointed out before, your upline only has your best intentions in mind.

But if you’ve been taught to send out of touch messages all day then i’m going to recommend that you…

STOP RIGHT NOW!

These messages come off as desperate and amateur, like you don’t know how to build a REAL business.

Real businesses don’t waste time on social media to spam strangers, needily asking them to come and buy their stuff, right?

It’s not a good look.

Who would want to join someone building their business like that?

Instead, real businesses use proper advertising, where they lead with VALUE.

Leading with value is the KEY to getting people to know you, like you, and trust you on social media

What’s important about creating the “know, like, and trust” factor?”

Well, it creates rock-solid rapport, first of all.

And secondly, it’s the foundation of creating influence over people, so you don’t ever have to worry about pitching perfect strangers.

So how do you lead with value?

Well, there are LOTS of different ways you can do this.

It’s not like there’s ONE certain way that’s the magic “secret sauce” that’s going to get everyone to join your business.

Creating influence will take time.

But here’s a proven shortcut…

When you plan to start writing a post or recording a Facebook Live, ask yourself…

“What is one thing that I could share today that might be worth something to my audience?”

That’s the “trick” to value.

It’s about SERVING your prospects’ lives and helping them grow their businesses

Every day create at least one valuable piece of content, whether it’s a Facebook Live, a post, or even an interview.

Help your prospects think like real business owners and they’ll respect you for it.

You’ll be amazed at the difference this makes in your results.

Once you start providing value people will join you because of all the value you’ve shared.

Then, when you have something new you’re doing, people will inquire in droves.

Because you’ve already led with value, built rapport, and created influence.

Once I figured this out, I went from stuck and frustrated to building a team of thousands and hitting the top rank in my company in under 2 years.

And the cool thing is that absolutely ANYONE can improve their prospecting results by scrapping the copy/paste, “hey girl” nonsense and instead, leading with value.
